Absolutely stunning soup. Used (full fat) Greek yoghurt in place of cream & works fabulously. There’s only 600ml of liquid in the recipe for 4 portions, so the portion size is a little unrealistic. Also comes out exceptionally thick. I added about 300ml additional water, which, let it simmer a little longer and it produced 3x300ml portions of the right consistency.
