Hi Sarah! Yes you can freeze these after assembling (at the end of step 11). Then you can cook them direct from frozen, and make the dipping sauce on the day.

Happy Dumpling Day Mob! 🥟🥟 just made these pork and spring onion dumplings and they taste insane 🤩 I added some mushroom and grated carrot to the mixture too, then topped it off with your dipping sauce. Stunning
