Mint adds a lovely refreshing edge to this margarita made using Altos Plata Tequila. It's fresh, it's fruity, it's delicious.

Step 1.
Cut your pineapple up and weigh up the desired amount, saving a slice for garnish. Also pull out a couple fronds off the top for garnish.
Step 2.
Juice your limes and pick five springs of mint leaves off their stalks.
Step 3.
In a cocktail shaker add your pineapple and mint then using a blunt object squish it down a couple times to juice it.
Step 4.
Add your tequila, agave, lime juice and ice.
Step 5.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Step 6.
Double strain into your glass over ice.
Step 7.
Garnish with some mint, your reserved pineapple chunk and your pineapple fronds. Enjoy!
