Enjoyed this easy and summery dish. I cut down the amount of tomatoes and orzo but kept everything else the same and it was lovely. Next time I’ll crush the fennel seeds and cook the salmon for 7 mins rather than 8.

Really nice. Added spinach to the orzo and let it wilt. Probably don’t need so much lemon or so many tomatoes. Would add them to courgettes earlier if not super small.

Hi Rosie! The general rule is that you increase cook time by 20% when using an oven instead of an air fryer and you need to increase the temp of your oven to 15c-20c hotter than what the airfryer recipe reccomends! Hope that helps! x
