    Don't use a pot in place of a pan - the water doesn't cook off quickly enough and it affects the end consistency as well as flavour.

    peng . i marinated the chicken before hand w/ similar seasonings and also didn’t follow the measuring guide for seasonings explicitly , still turned out great :) thanks ! this is the first mob recipe i’ve ever made
