I used olive oil instead of ghee to make them dairy free. They were easy to make and tasted great but agree with the previous comment re the timing. I had started them 2 hours before dinner and had to reduce the second resting time.

The cook time says 40 mins but with the prep they take hours. Ruined our meal as they had to be scrapped. Would love the cook time to reflect the actual total
