hi there, i don’t seem to see the two different options mentioned in the description.
i was hoping to make the “soupier” ones, and i suspect i’m seeing the faster option. am i missing something?

Hi Ohna! Thanks for reaching out. We've updated the recipe with the instructions for the 'soupier' dumplings, with the soup jelly inside. Enjoy!

Really excited to make these but I've read the recipe a few times and notice you prepare a steam basket, but then don't use it. Think it just needs updating for this alternative method :)

Made them with the pan method and then noticed I didn't use the steamer at all. Is there another method?
Anyway came out great!!
