So good!! I added some button mushrooms in with the leeks and a teaspoon of whole grain mustard. Absolutely delicious!!

Hi Elizabeth! Absolutely, you can freeze the pie. We recommend freezing it before baking for best results (you can also freeze it once the pastry has been baked but it won't be as crisp).

Delicious! Don’t skip on the lemon. We also added mushrooms which worked really well.
