Great recipe, wish it had more vegetables in it tho. Definitely spicy enough with 85g of nduja, also not sure about the unpeeled garlic

This was super easy to make and delicious! I bulked the sauce out with some chopped courgette and green beans which was nice. I will say that I found it (perhaps no surprise) pretty spicy, and that's even with less nduja (100g slab) and sharing the sauce between 5 rather than 4. I stirred some cottage cheese through my dish to cool it down a bit and that was really nice - guess yoghurt would work too!
