This milk bread recipe doesn’t need any special equipment, but still creates the fluffiest, softest loaf ever. It’s wildly impressive and all of that is down to the yudane (Japanese flour paste) and the sweet, sweet kneading.

Howdy Team, I think the amount of yeast in grams is off. Had a bit of trouble using 4g but a 1/4oz (7g) was perfect
