    I made this for the month and it’s amazing! My only suggestion for a batch of this size is to precook the chicken in small batches so you can properly brown it. I plan to add a big helping of spinach next time to up the veggie serving. Great recipe!!! 6 servings 3lbs of chicken (upped to 8oz / serving) 51oz of bone broth (kept it thick!) Loads of sun dried tomatoes and pesto 😋

    So delicious. I went heavy on the pesto and sun-dried tomato and added some crunch, toasted pine nuts and garlic croutons. Easy, quick and yummy.

    This was so good & tasty! You definitely need less stock I’d say about 750ml. I accidentally bought Thai basil so I left it out, didn’t miss it! Will add spinach next time. Thanks!
