This didn't turn out so well for us. I did cook the first under the broiler, so maybe that's part of the issue...

Hi Rachel! You can defo cook fish under the broiler, but would recommend doing that for thinner fillets. I would stick to the method for next time :)

This is now a staple in our house, we have it once a month. It has everything that makes you feel healthy while satisfying sweet, salty, sour, and good oil cravings. It’s quick and super delicious!

😆 had to improvise what I had in my cupboard but it was 👌🤤 I used cod, red onion, and orzo instead.
