The mint is the star of the show here… for me I added way more than I thought I needed and it was delicious. I think adding sumac for more flavor and walnuts for crunch will be amazing.

This smoosh is absolutely delicious! I am a 'Dark Rye Crisp luncher' and am always looking for a new topping. This is now number 1! I didn't have feta in the fridge so used Aldi Soft French Goats Cheese instead. It has almost identical nutritional values and protein.

This was super tasty, but I suspect the listed ingredients are for 4 portions not 2 as it made loads and now I'll be eating it for a week 😂
