This was super tasty - I did the chicken in the air fryer instead to speed things up / for ease. Will definitely make again!

It was lovely however I cooked for 7 people and think it would have saved time and tasted the same if I just roasted/grilled the marinated chicken rather than frying it first. Once it was fried I couldn’t really taste the lime pickle

Absolutely delicious meal! Covers all the bases. I chose to use skinless, boneless thighs and fried the chicken on the hob (5 mins each side and rested for 5 mins), which worked just as well.

This is incredible. Have made it twice. I reckon that if you are slow as me, chopping stuff, you could probably do with prepping the slaw whilst the chicken is marinating. Also, I reckon the chicken could do with 10 minutes per side on the grill. Fantastic recipe. Would highly recommend.
