    I went against my better judgement and followed the recipe for the leeks but actually it would have been better to gently saute them in a pan instead of risking them burning in the oven, which they did in a very short time.

    Same as below, the stick blender doesn't get it smooth enough and needs a bit of chilli for a kick but otherwise great!

    This was lovely, super easy to make for a week of lunches. I couldn't quite get it as smooth as I'd have liked with a stick blender, but it was nice slightly chunky. I also only added 1ltr of water (as I couldn't fit any more in my pan) and it was a good consistency. The garlic is a great addition 🤤
