Ginger Lemon Lentil Porridge
Inspired by Khicidi (or Khichri) with plenty of gentle lentils, this recipe is a great source of protein and nutrition. We added lots of lemon ginger and aromatic ginger sesame oil for a proper warming bowl of serious cosy goodness.

Confirming this works! Used 320 g cooked rice and only used 1 litre of stock. Delicious. Don't skip the garnish - pulls it all together!
