"seal the opening" are we supposed to just know how best to seal an opening in a raw chicken. A few more details would be appreciated..

Hi Bethany, thanks for the feedback! To seal the opening, use your fingers to press the edges of the chicken together with your fingers, closing the gap. We've updated the method to make this clearer!

Love this! Highly recommend making loads more of the butter into balls, and freezing it because it speeds this recipe up and you’ll definitely want to make it again once you’ve had them
