Absolutely delicious and worked as the perfect winter warmer! I used my homegrown pumpkin instead of butternut squash, and used my homemade sourdough and it worked great. Will definitely be adding this to our regular recipes. ❤️

Absolutely gorgeous! I had a butternut squash I needed to use and so glad I chose this recipe. Comforting but fresh and tasty. We’re adding this to our regular rotation!

Swapped kale for spinach. Decent recipe as the temperature is going down.

Hi Edith, you can use water instead of veg stock but be sure to season it really well as you'll lose some flavour. Enjoy!

Do you think this would freeze well or would the squash become too squishy??

STUNNING!
this requires quite a bit of chopping and patience but it’s so worth it - I served with some steamed fish for extra protein but prawns would also work really well!

Absolutely delicious! 😋 Added a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick, was perfect! (Missing kale, but was fine without!) Warming dish perfect for Autumn.
