Seared the pork in the frying pan and finished it off on the roast setting of the airfryer. Perfectly blushing on the inside with a lovely crust.

That’s way too much sesame seed but otherwise this recipe is delicious!

Seems like a crazy amount of sesame seeds. I added 50g and it looked like this.

Veeeerrrry tasty!! Enough to serve 3 dinners and at least 2 lunches. Used M&S Korean Chilli Bbq marinade instead of the gochujang (needs must!) and it was all delicious. White cabbage side accompaniment is a new fave.

Loved this. Cooked for 4 to last 2 of us 2 days. Tasted so good. Did my own rice rather than using pouches. The cabbage and lime kept it really fresh. Finished the pork fillet off in air fryer which gave it a bit of a crust which was lovely.

Great recipe but why promote the cooked rice pouches? They're so bad for the environment and surely most, if not all of your readers can cook rice themselves?

Can you please make these printable? I like to make notes and suggestions on a recipe for the next time I cook it and can’t do that on web browser. Thank you.
