Can you freeze these/cook from frozen?

I do this alot and the best way to do it is to wrap it in a damp paper towel and microwave it on full until it's defrosted and then I put it into the air fryer to prevent it going soggy.
If you don't have an air fryer a toastie machine might work or putting it under the grill but I haven't tried to grill!

Yes absolutely! They’re fab for meal prep. As Victoria said, wrap in a paper towel and microwave on high until defrosted (usually around 2-3 minutes). I would then wrap it in foil before cooking in the airfryer for around 5-10 minutes on 190C, or the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Great question, thanks Laura!
