    Very Herby and fresh! I'd suggest unless you really feel like a dill/parsley fix halving the amount of herb. I'd probably also use chilli olive oil to spice it up a bit at the end rather than just olive oil - this would help pick out the paprika flavour from the herbiness of it all! I'd also suggest serving with some fried cherry tomatoes
