This was nice - but the prep takes a long time. I'd recommend doing the salad bits first and cooking the halloumi & croutons one the salad is assembled and soaking up the dressing.

Flavours sounded delicious and the dressing itself would be super tasty on salad leaves, but wasn’t strong enough or thick enough to cling to the chickpeas. Maybe icing the herbs made it a bit watery too. Maybe I’ll try again with some yogurt in the dressing

Hi Sophie! Sorry to hear the dressing wasn't thick enough... we'll look at re-testing this with our recipe developers and see if it works. Thanks for the feedback!

Absolutely delicious. We swap sugar snaps for green beans because I am not spending time de-stringing sugar snaps. Also I skip icing any herbs, don’t think it makes a difference.

Any suggestions to substitute for sugar snap peas if I can't find them (traveling)? Thank you!

Hi Fiona! You could use green beans, asparagus, broccoli florets, edamame or any other green veggies you'd normally find in a salad. Depending on your preference, you could add them raw or blanch them quickly first so they're slightly softened but still have crunch/texture. Enjoy!

The best salad on Mob imo, mesmerising textures and keeps well for a few days. I actually prefer it without the walnuts but it’s still divine!

The herby salad is so nice, such a light refreshing salad. I'd recommend a drizzle of hot honey to really elevate it!
