yeh...this was quite bland. Took quite a bit of after dressing to make it even remotely tasty. I have more chance of finding hen's teeth in my local shops than vegan burrata so maybe that would have made the difference.
still an easy, healthy mid week feed.
next time, more lemon and some chilli flakes (thanks comments section)

Great recipe, enhanced by a few chilli flakes and a twist of salt nd pepper. Made double the sauce but reheated the next day!

Really nice!! Needs quite a bit of salt and pepper, and the sauce makes enough for twice the stated amount of pasta :), but that’s not a downside!
