    Great recipe, enhanced by a few chilli flakes and a twist of salt nd pepper. Made double the sauce but reheated the next day!

    Really nice!! Needs quite a bit of salt and pepper, and the sauce makes enough for twice the stated amount of pasta :), but that’s not a downside!
