A good one tray dish. Definitely use good quality cherry tomatoes for flavour. I had to cook for longer than specified in the recipe, as the tomatoes hadn't broken down at all after the 10 minutes uncovered. Will make again.

Yum! Very easy weeknight meal. Harissa is an acquired taste (liquorice notes from the caraway seeds) which I liked but not for everyone.

This didn’t work out for us at all. It tasted very “green”, like we’d used tomatillos or kale. It all got thrown away 😦
