What is a mixed grain pouch? Is that a partially cooked grain? If I start with an uncooked grain do I need to cook separately and then combine? Not very clear. :(

Hi Fiona, thanks for flagging this! You can use any cooked grains (we used the ones that come in a pouch but you can also cook the grains first yourself). We've edited the ingredients list to make this clearer.
