In a dish that delights the senses, toasted nuts and fresh dill provide an unexpected yet essential burst of flavour. The subtle crunch of the nuts contrasts beautifully with the herb’s vibrant freshness, creating a balance you won’t want to miss. While my usual caution with spice led me to reduce the paprika, I soon realised it was a mistake—this is a recipe that deserves to be bold and unapologetic. Next time, I’ll go all in for the full, fiery experience, because this dish is one to revisit, refine, and savour.

Enjoyable and a bit different, but maybe my grapes were rubbish because they didn’t add exceptional flavour to the dish. Skipped the dill because it’s not my fave
