Forgot to put the goats cheese in the freezer lol but was still gorgeous. I personally wish I’d cut the courgette into smaller chunks or even long slices as I feel they taste better that way. Just a tip to make sure the courgette has cooled before serving - my meal went quite watery bc I couldn’t wait lol. Would make again for sure, thanks Jodie!

Love this recipe, to the point I tend to leave a block of goats cheese in the freezer now! If I want to bulk it out a bit, I either chuck it all on top of some extra salad leaves or occasionally add a chicken breast. I also tend to use plain honey and add chilli flakes so I can get the heat levels to my preference. 😋
