Such a great mid-week meal, especially when you've made the gochujang rigatoni twice already! Fantastic flavours in such a simple, quick dish.

This is 1000/10 recipe, I eat it about 3 times a week and i don’t see that stopping any time soon. So simple to make and so delicious. Spring onion works well if you can’t find banana shallots and don’t skip the breadcrumbs if you can help it ✨
