Glazed Gammon Joint
This glazed gammon joint recipe couldn’t be simpler and tastes a million miles better than the slices you get from the supermarket. Make sure to buy a gammon with the fat and rind attached. Just roast it in the oven and you’ll be living off glazed gammon in the weeks to come.

If I’m cooking this in the air fryer, do I need to boil the gammon before putting it into the air fryer?

Hi Rachel, we'd recommend boiling the gammon as normal then using the air fryer in place of the oven!

Hi- you can! It'll be a little looser, but it'll still work.

Thanks Dewi! This should be a small handful of bay leaves (we've fixed the recipe).
