    Forgot to garnish with mint, but it was sooooooo good, the sauce is 10/10. Deffo adding to weeknight rotation. I think the nutrition is wrong tho, seems super high!

    Hey Justin. Thanks for the recipe! I've made it a few times now and this time swapped gochujang for the siracha and kale for bok choi. Also added a few eggs and pickled veg.

    That sauce is INSANE. Video looks like just the leafy parts of the Pak choi, rather than two whole bulbs (250g) but unsure. Asks for three separate pans, wonder if this could be simplified.
