Holy s***. This was absolutely bonkers. Can’t really get boneless skin on thighs in Dutch supermarkets but I bet that, that crunch will make this 9/10 a 10/10.

Really tasty only thing I didn't get was msg I replaced it with a chicken stock but in hindsight I could have used just a pinch of salt instead .

My guess is that they sometimes accidentally put the calories for the ENTIRE dish rather than a portion. In this case it'd be about 625cal a portion which seems about right for rice, chicken thighs and sauce

Forgot to garnish with mint, but it was sooooooo good, the sauce is 10/10. Deffo adding to weeknight rotation. I think the nutrition is wrong tho, seems super high!

That sauce is INSANE. Video looks like just the leafy parts of the Pak choi, rather than two whole bulbs (250g) but unsure. Asks for three separate pans, wonder if this could be simplified.
