Forgot to garnish with mint, but it was sooooooo good, the sauce is 10/10. Deffo adding to weeknight rotation. I think the nutrition is wrong tho, seems super high!

That sauce is INSANE. Video looks like just the leafy parts of the Pak choi, rather than two whole bulbs (250g) but unsure. Asks for three separate pans, wonder if this could be simplified.

Thanks Tom! You can use the white bits of the pak choi too – just finely mince them first.

This was spectacular, the dressing is divine. But it was a loooooong one to make. Not sure why but it took ages to do all the prep. But it was worth it for sure!
