Amazing, I really loved these. I prepped the mushrooms and make a quick onion pickle during my lunch break and then whipped up the beans when I finished work. I’ll confess I added cheese to the mix when grilling. 10/10 will be having these again. I used the little street style tortillas so got 3 per serving.

Really delicious, replaced Tahini with avocado in Guacamole, as find Tahini a bit much! Also for a non mushroom fan, used the same spices on some frozen sweetcorn.
