We’ve swapped the croutons in a classic caesar salad with moreish, filled crispy gnocchi. It’s a real winner.

We’ve had this 2 weeks in a row - it’s delicious and so filling!
We opted for half the amount of mustard for the second time we made it as we found the full tablespoon a bit strong but one teaspoon worth as perfect. I love the shaved Parm in the sauce and sprinkles on top, bloody delicious! Will have again 100%!

This was so quick and easy! 10/10 for me. Added boiled eggs for some added protein and substituted some of the mayo with creme fraiche to lighten up the dressing. Deeeeeeelicious!

Omg this is actually so tasty and so so quick. The gnocchi makes it super moorish and the Caesar dressing is very tangy and cuts through the richness. Also my boyfriend couldn’t resist stealing a bite while I faffed with this photo. Love!

This was one of my bookclub’s fave dishes this year. I swapped the anchovies for lots of capers to make it veggie. So fab so yum!
