this is so delicious! i left out the soup-y coconut sauce and just used one can of coconut milk (didn't want to wast half a can as it's 400ml :D) and stock for the rice, which worked perfectly. served it with some green beans with halloumi in spicy sauce on the side, perfect combination! will definitely make again!

I’ve made this rice about 7 times, and it never fails to disappoint! I sometimes make just the rice component and serve with roast chicken etc. and it’s scrumptious 😍 I strongly urge anyone considering making this to make it 😤
