Good recipe very similar to gochujang rigatoni which is a mob classic! I know this is a paid partnership but the dish doesn't really need the stuffed gnocchi! (They were very tasty by themselves but got pretty overpowered by the sauce). Also 1 pack stuffed gnocchi is probably a single generous dinner portion fyi rather than for 2...

This is amazing! Rich flavours, and love the spicy kick. The crunch of the fried gnocchi adds more interesting textures as well. We added some bacon we had as well which went well together. Definitely doing this recipe again!

Made this one on Wednesday, only 2 packs of the stuffed gnocchi left so mixed it with normal gnocci to feed 8. Was simple and tasty. I added pumkin from the other recipes to help make up some bulk.
