    Really gorge dish. I also changed the single cream for creamed coconut, didn’t add any fresh chillies and used smoked haddock instead of cod as it was on offer

    Surprisingly tasty and satisfying for how quick it is. I replaced the chilli powder with smoked paprika in the seasoning. Even though I like spicy food, I thought it was too much with the fresh chillies. Was a good idea!

    We've made this numerous times in fact we use the 4 people option and freeze two portions so we have an amazing meal anytime
