Delicious. I use plant cream, 2/3 the amount of curry and chilli powder, and would double for four portions as I find the portions very small personally

Substituted cream with low far cream fraiche added at the end. Doubled amount of vegetable stock to give a slight thinner sauce which worked well with the rice.

Really gorge dish. I also changed the single cream for creamed coconut, didn’t add any fresh chillies and used smoked haddock instead of cod as it was on offer

Surprisingly tasty and satisfying for how quick it is. I replaced the chilli powder with smoked paprika in the seasoning. Even though I like spicy food, I thought it was too much with the fresh chillies. Was a good idea!
