We've paired firm fillets of cod with a spicy harissa butter and a scrimmage of peas and broad beans. Lush.

This was so delicious! Thank you! Quite a few alterations though
- after 1.5 mins on the hob, the broad beans were still frozen…. more like 6+ mins, luckily i did the peas separately
- deshelled the broad beans for better flavour (to avoid the bitterness) and seasoned them with salt/lemon before adding to yoghurt
- added garlic into the yoghurt for a lil extra st
- doubled the toms/harissa/butter sauce
- cod took about 15 mins and had to bump it up to 200 (note: skin side up) under the grill at the end to get some crisp on the skin
- doubled the broad beans/peas and left half the peas out of the yoghurt for a bit of variety on the plate
- deglazed the blistering toms with a touch of white wine cos why not
- more lemon is always a good idea
It was really so good though, will look out for more of your recipes!

This was phenomenal! I honestly couldn't recommend enough. It's simple, straightforward, and the flavours are off the chain. I used blue cod/Hoki as that's our version of cod in Australia.

Swopped cod to salmon
Sopped broad beans with edamame
Served on pea shoots with herbs
Added sprouting beans
