First time shallow frying a breaded thing! Surprisingly simple. It was good, love the little herb salad on the side, definitely dont be shy to use those chilies, I used one jalapeno and with all the other stuff it barely registered as spicy. I will say that the recipe lists 'breadcrumbs' and not 'panko' as is mentioned later in the recipe so I bought regular ones and did not get the same result. Still tasty, but ik it would have been way more satisfyingly crunchy with panko
