Approximately how many people is this recipe for? The ingredients list for 2 people look like it's for significantly more than that? Thanks

Hi Eoin, the base recipe is for 8 people. Just a warning that when we play around with serving sizes, its not reflected in the method timings (e.g. it wont need as much time simmering in step 3). Enjoy!
