Okay - best chocolate cake ever and enough for 20+ people but easy it was not. Took a fair few hours including the custard. Struggled to strain the seeds out without a big very fine mesh and had to add a few drops of red food colouring to get the fun pink colour. For a while it looked like a pale, seedy soup - but it actually came together in the end and tasted fantastic. Thank you.
