Solid 4.5/5 burger based on taste and lack of faff. Will be making again. Personally think step 6 could have come sooner to allow the onions to not be so tangy as the recipe doesn’t take long at all. We subbed rice vinegar & cooking sake for lemon juice & shaoxing rice wine. We added the left over sauce to a side salad which was a welcome addition.
