A really nice, simple dish, perfect for midweek. We made up a little peanut butter and honey drizzle. Would recommend. It's also a really versatile base if you want to add other textures or spice!

Loved these so much and very easy to make! I used some leftover spring onion and chopped
red chilli on the top to garnish. Winner!
