My sauce turned out really runny. Feel like something's missing 😕

Delicious!
Couple comments:
1. Stage 2 doesn't mention the lemon zest, salt and pepper.
2. The recipe calls for two lemons. I used 0.5 lemon for the dressing and it was more then enough.

Thanks for the helpful feedback Anna! We've added in the lemon zest and seasoning to step 2. The extra lemon can be cut into wedges and served as garnish. Glad you enjoyed it!

Are you sure 400g of yogurt is correct? Mine is super thick?

Hi Denise, thanks for reaching out! This is the correct amount of yoghurt but you could add a splash of water to loosen it if it's too thick. We've added a note about this into the method!

I cooked this whilst working from home (definitely did more cooking and eating than working…) I swapped the chicken for turkey as that was all that was available and charred my lemon. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe

I cooked this the same day it was posted, so I had to do some tweaks based on what’s available. The chicken meatball and sauce I did as instructed but served them with cucumbers and bulgur instead. Out of this world!

This is a firm fave and the dish my son usually requests when he comes for dinner. The meatballs are light and moist with such a delicate flavour from the fennel seeds and parmesan. The herby yoghurt gives it a freshness that really lifts the dish to be something that bit different! I usually serve with one of the pouches of mixed grains that are quick to heat instead of quinoa.
