This is my first Mob recipe, and holy smokes it's a strong start! A smoosh is now going to be my go to lunch! Soooo good! I left out the avocado (because I have a sensitivity to it 👎🏻) and chucked some grated mozzarella in top and put it under the grill until it melted and it was mega!
