My go-to curry recipe! I prefer to use chicken thighs - I think the additional fat in thighs adds something. I have also found if using cheaper chopped tomatoes; the curry benefits from being cooked a little longer to allow the flavours to develop.

This curry was missing something, not a fan. I've cooked other Mob recipes which are million times better than this. Did not taste like a proper chicken 65..

My family go CRAZY for this - they request me to cook it all the time - I go a bit over on the spice quantities , maybe double of each or just under double - I also add a 2nd tin of chopped tomatoes :)
