    I loved this, the harissa cuts through the creaminess of the tofu and the pine nuts add a lovely crunch. I added more lemon, miso and nutritional yeast than was called for.

    Love this, made it multiple times. So easy and super tasty. Add a handful of chopped mint on top too, which works well.

    Oh my gosh whipped tofu is A THING!!! So deliciously and creamy and moreish! Slight variations based on what I had... Toasted walnuts instead of pomegranates and a sriracha glaze instead of harissa. Both worked super well and all scooped up on lightly buttered sourdough. *chef's kiss* Thanks Mob, made a rainy Thursday evening very tasty indeed!!!
