Searing the chicken and then simmering it on low on the stove with the sauce yielded me that shiny thick delicious sauce similar to the recipe’s picture. Doing it in the oven before made it watery and the coconut milk split. It was still delicious, but from now on I’ll be cooking it on the stove for that perfect sauce texture.

Bit disappointed with this one - recipe looks great but as others have experienced didn’t get anywhere near the same level of char/caramelisation of the chicken. There was a huge amount of sauce left, I wonder if there’s something off with the recipe? in terms of liquid and temperature?

Really tasty! Did not get the nice char, probably because we switched too late to the grilling setting. We had lots of sauce in the bakingtray so we thickened it in the end with cornstarch in a saucepan, turned into an amazing gravy. An also a big fan of the mango salad!!

Couldn’t get my chicken as crispy as in the recipe and the sauce was burning quit fast. I will definitely try this one again because the taste was impeccable! I make the salad at least 2x a month super fresh :)
