Enjoyed it and this was the second time I've made it. I'm not seeing a reference to basil stalks in the recipe so maybe they have been removed (or I've gone stalk-blind). Anyhow, I cut off the stems / stalks and used what was essentially the leaves. Was lovely. Thank you

Sadly the basil stalks made a strong metallic taste that made this dish completely inedible. It would have been great without them I think. Please consider this as I spent a fair bit on mozzarella and Parmesan etc and we were unable to eat it 🙁

Literally my favourite recipe in the world. I’ve never ate or liked any beans in my life until my partner made this now I make a large batch on a Sunday for a range of meals for the week. Love love love
