What changes would need to be made to batch cook and freeze these?

Hi Ted. you can make the whole burrito and freeze it. Just make sure the burritos have fully cooled before individually wrapping them and freezing them flat. To reheat: Microwave: Remove the wrapping, wrap the burrito in a damp paper towel, and microwave on high until heated through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°F, wrap the burrito in foil, and bake until heated through.
Refrigerator: For a slower defrosting method, transfer the frozen burrito to the refrigerator overnight.

I hadn't read the blurb under the recipe title and the ingredients didn't say you needed to buy cajun spiced lentils, just 'cooked puy lentils', so I didn't realise until cooking that this was what I needed so had to improvise a little
