Brown Butter & Green Bean Linguine
This is a version of ‘scraps pasta’ from Kitty Coles's cookbook, 'It Takes 15 Minutes', and we love it. You can swap the green beans for a thinly-sliced or peeled courgette, if you like. We love linguine for this, but any pasta type will do. We've used snapped lasagne sheets when the cupboards are really running dry.
