Delicious! I made for 2 people and I did add over double the sweetner (we used honey) and extra soy sauce & salt to the sauce. May have been because our peanut butter was unsalted but I felt the sauce needed more flavour and better balance. We added a bit of lime juice & smoked harissa on top as well, which really finished the dish perfectly! Will make lots of times again.
